About Hey Safe Space 

The Coaching industry is continually evolving and shifting to meet the needs of clients and society at large. As a coach, you provide a safe space for your clients. Hey Safe Space is here to be your sanctuary, guiding you through change and transformation so you can focus on what truly matters—empowering your clients.

Having managed, trained, coached, and mentored hundreds of coaches around the globe, I have witnessed the challenges Coaches endure while contending with relentless shifts in expectations and evolving demands from clients. During these challenges, I leveraged my neurocoaching and behavioral science training, along with my passion for coaching, to support them in developing lasting change management and resilience skills. As a result, I created the “3C” Neurocoaching change model that supported career changing results!

At Hey Safe Space, our mission is to offer budget-friendly and impactful neurocoaching tailored to support Coaches navigating times of change, stress, and burnout. As the safe space for our clients, Coaches often prioritize the growth and well-being of others while neglecting their own potential. We aim to fill this gap by empowering Coaches to achieve personal and professional growth beyond the basics of continuing education and credentialing.

Ronald Rodriguez, Ph.D, PCC

Dr. Ron is a Leadership Coach specializing in Neurocoaching and Change Leadership. His doctorate is in Business Administration.

Prior to starting Hey Safe Space, he developed and grew a Coaching practice from ground up, reaching over $13 million in annual revenue with a coaching community spanning across the globe.

Dr. Ron has a passion and love for the coaching community and with his "3C's", model, he aims to make a mark by supervising coaches with practical and challenging methods

Hey Safe Space's 3 C's Model

Clarification 

This initial stage of the coaching process centers on establishing clarity on your goals, a deep understanding of your current challenges, and discerning what gaps are faced in reaching those goals.

Cultivation 

The second phase is where we will cultivate the actions, mindset, and behaviors needed to successfully navigate change, reach your goals, and establish the sustained behaviors needed for resilience and continued growth.

03. 

Cognition 

This is a crucial phase in nuerocoaching for lasting change as it cements our new ways of thinking, habits, and behaviors to support a deeper level of resilience and clarity.
