Prior to becoming a Leadership Coach, Ron spent his career in Operations, Product, and Change leadership spanning the Healthcare, Hospitality, Engineering, and EdTech industries. He led several turnaround and transformational initiatives where he formulated his team enablement and success change strategies that proved invaluable when consulting with companies like Nike, Amazon, and Capital One. After completing his Ph.D. in Business Administration with an emphasis on the Behavior Theory of Leadership, he decided to take his love for behavioral science and coaching to become certified in leadership and brain-based coaching.
Ron is the former Vice President of Global Learning and Coaching for ExecOnline, an EdTech company specializing in leadership development programs. During his tenure, he developed and grew the Coaching practice from the ground up, culminating in over $13 million in annual revenue and a global coaching community for 100+ highly skilled and elite coaches. This is where his love of coaching, training, and mentoring coaches with the use of neurocoaching techniques came to life!
Currently, he is the Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer for Fluence Pro, a leadership skill training and coaching firm, an Advisory Board Member for Leadership Development startup firms, and the Founder of Hey Safe Space. He lives in Austin, Texas with his husband and is actively involved in his local LGBTQIA+ community.
